Veiled Horse, Noman Siddiqui

The Veiled Horse

Remember the story of the veiled horse. It was once pure and majestic, its path guided by an illuminated light. Over time, it found itself cloaked in dust, enshrouded by veils thick and deep. The veils, weaved with layers. The layers, weaved by fabrics. The fabrics, weaved by threads. The threads stitched by rage, envy, lust and pride.

The horse could hardly breathe beneath the veils, and in turn, was surrounded by a growing sickness – becoming enslaved to a dark commanding self, leading astray towards a darker realm.

Veiled Horse, Noman Siddiqui

The horse was gradually unveiled, becoming free of the sickness – returning to its original state, made of pure light. It took a first step towards the journey of unveiling, knot by knot, thread by thread, until we could gaze upon its luminous face once again.
